When and How to Pay?How
All payments are paid via Paypal or credit/debit card.
When
As the sender goes through the process of posting ads, she/he decides the amount they are willing to pay for delivery. Once the ads is posted, all the sender has to do , is to wait for the bids from all the bringers in the community
The bidding process occurs is two way:
If the bringer agrees on the sender's bid amount, she/he suggest you a delivery date.
If the bringer don't agree with the sender's bid amount, she/he can message the sender by suggesting her/his own bid through our private messaging system on the website where to discuss meet up details.
The sender has to select only one bringer per task amongst the bidders (receiver info will be available only to the selected bringer). Once the selection is finished,the sender will be prompted to go on our payment gateway to enter a payment method (Paypal/debit or credit card)
Once the payment is made, the sender receives a security code that she/he have to share with the recipient. The money is held in the escrow for security purpose. After the meet up, Your items will be on its way!
Please bear in mind that the sender's bid amount might not be in line with the expectation of the bringer community. It might be wise for the sender to raise the bid amount if no bids have been received in the first 48 hours, in order to push bringers to fulfill the task.

What about security?Our platform offers a secure payment system that holds your payment until delivery is completed. When you make a payment, you receive a secret code, and the bringer receives a part encrypted code. The bringer will receive the complete code from the item recipient, and will use it to retrieve the funds once the delivery is completed.
You can look at the reviews and ratings of our bringers to assess their quality before selection for a task.
Only the selected bringers will be able to see receivers' details. We save bringers and senders’ details in case an investigation is required. Any unlwfull activity will be reported to the police or other relevant authorities.

How and When to Get Paid?How
By having a paypal account so bringers can receive money in more than 25 different currencies and withdraw money from her/his paypal account to her/his bank account in local currency. All bringers need is to have their email ids linked to their paypal account and nje-njel takes care of the full process.
When
Once the sender makes the payment, she/he receives a code whilst the bringer receives an encrypted version of the code. During the meet up between the bringer and the recipient , both have to exchange items vs full code once each party is sastified on the the following conditions:
Bringer check if the code receives from the recipient is matching some letters of the encrypted version of the code he got online.
Recipient is happy with the state of the item she/he should receive.
Once the bringer receives the code , she/he has to connect back online to enter the code . Once the code is entered the payment will be released to her/his paypal account. The payment is reflected in the paypal account within the 24 hour.
